Seed to Table is a subscription designed to be gifted with intention. Each monthly envelope arrives in the mail, packed with a handwritten letter, heirloom seeds and planting instructions during spring and summer, a journal prompt, note to ponder, or post card to send-on, a curated seasonal recipe, and a small surprise.
This one unfolds like the garden— beautifully and timely, with something new waiting for her to discover each month. It begins in spring and carries her all the way through harvest. From the first seed pressed into soil to the last flower cut for the table, you’ll know she’s well cared for all season long.

About this Snail Mail Club
Seed to Table Club is a monthly letter sent to your actual mailbox. It’s an assortment of creative projects and items to delight your senses— a gentle resistance against screen time that returns your attention to real, hands-in-the-dirt or in the kitchen life.
Each month you’ll receive a handwritten letter from me, Jen Merrell, and a variety of creatively curated goodies like recipes, artwork, seeds to plant, postcards to send to friends and journal prompts to ponder.
This project is one dear to my heart and I can’t wait to connect with you!
MEET YOUR LETTER CURATOR
Hi, I’m Jen. I’m kind of a nut— who happens to love cooking and gardening. I went to proper culinary school but never used my degree professionally and I recently became a Master Gardener. I own a wellness company where I offer sound healing, guide meditation, host retreats, provide personal care service for women and I teach people how to grow food and use that food in the kitchen.
I believe finding purpose in every day life is what keeps us vibrant so I enveloped my life in what brings me the most joy.
I care deeply about people and feel fundamentally that being a part of something greater than ourselves is the key to happiness. I started this snail mail club as a way to share cooking, gardening, and creativity in a tangible way.
The idea of providing a professional headshot seems silly to me so instead, here’s a candid shot of me in my kitchen laughing at myself and wielding a whisk.
